The store will be accepting all orders until October 19th at midnight. From the next business day after the store closure date it takes about 3- 1/2 weeks to process all the orders, pack & deliver to the school. Once the orders have arrived at the school a notification from the front office team will go out to everyone that placed an order to include pick-up instructions.
Should there be any issues with your selection (size, color or product being out of stock), you will be notified and asked to make a new selection. ALL SALES ARE FINAL once the goods have bee printed on.

Grad Photo will take place in January and retakes in February.

Diploma Graduation Requirements
Student must meet AB Education Requirements for a High School Diploma to gain a High School Diploma. You must meet SPSD Requirements to participate in graduation ceremonies at SCHS.
- 85% attendance
- Be on track for your High School Diploma (or High School Certificate if you are in K & E)
- All school fees must be paid in full.
MyPass
To view Diploma Marks, receive transcripts, etc.
Grade 12s must create a MyPass Account.

Post Secondary Information
University Applications OPEN OCTOBER 1st. Check your post secondary of choice for their Open House Dates. Applications cost money. You will require a credit card or debit/visa to apply.
You will need to create an Apply Alberta Account https://www.applyalberta.ca/ to apply to post secondary in Alberta. Certain programs have extra requirements other than grades.
U of A Nursing – Requires you to complete a CASPER Test before they will offer you admission.
U of A Education Program – Requires you to complete a CASPER Test before they will offer you admission.
Check U of A Website (in your program) for CASPER dates and how to register. Do this SOON.
Many programs have other requirements such as up to date immunizations; criminal record check, portfolio to name a few. CHECK YOUR PROGRAM (other admission criteria).
Scholarship Information can be found on your student account for the post secondary you have applied to. You can find other scholarship information on SCHS webpage and monthly newsletters or SPSD webpage.
