You want to stay on top of any busing delays or cancellations, and we want you to, too. Sturgeon Public Schools uses the Box Clever Bus Status App to give parents and caregivers a simple and accessible way to make sure they're notified of any changes in the status of their students' bus routes immediately. The app is available on the App Store for Apple devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices. iPhone users must be running iOS version 11.0 or later to use the app properly.
The Bus Status App allows you to keep track of any busing delays or cancellations, and receive push notifications for just the bus routes that matter to you.
If your student is planning on taking a different bus home, please fill out the Transportation (Bus) Permission form found here: Transportation Permission Form Bus Permission Slip
This form must be signed by a parent or guardian, as well as a member of the Office Staff, and then provided to the bus driver.
We are making changes to this process to simplify the process for students and parents and to align with other schools within the district.
Starting on December 5, 2023 if a student needs to ride a different bus at the end of the day, we ask that the following steps be followed:
