Late or Mid Year Registrations




Beginning at the School


Students or parents/guardians should contact Mrs. McKeever in student services to discuss a possible registration if they have not participated in the regular registration process. The following information is necessary to help facilitate an appropriate Sturgeon School Division placement: 
  • Course Mark Inquiry (CMI) available from your existing high school
  • Current Report Card (may include your Grade 9 report card)
  • IPP, doctor's diagnosis or psycho/educational testing if applicable custody document if applicable 
  • copy of Birth Certificate

Once a student is registered at Sturgeon Composite, a school counsellor will provide the student with:
and give a basic tour of the school focussing on the student services office, main office, library, cafeteria and the location of the student's classes.
