Bullying

Being bullied at school can be very frustrating and make your high school experience miserable. It is important to deal with bullying before it gets too much to handle. By coming into Student Services and talking to a counsellor we can help the situation without embarrasing you or making the situation worse.

Stress

High school can be stressful with the pressure of being successful and balancing the many other things that happen in life. Being stressed can effect relationships, lower grades and cause depression among many other problems. If you are feeling overwhelmed with things that are happening in your life, please make an appointment with a counsellor.
